In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 678bte website accessible at https://678bte.bio, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, payment systems, and associated mobile interfaces.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access games, place bets, and manage funds.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, free bingo cards, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account by 678bte.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6.

The 678bte Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 678bte reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 678bte will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration data provided by you.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one Account on 678bte. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 678bte reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any Bonuses applied to those accounts, and retain any funds generated through prohibited activity.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to use your Account, or access another person's Account without their explicit consent. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 678bte support immediately at [email protected].

Before processing any withdrawal, 678bte requires each Player to complete a KYC verification process. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — a National Identity Card (NID) is the preferred document for Bangladeshi players. Additional documents such as a utility bill or bank statement may be requested to confirm residential address.

678bte aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During periods of high volume, verification may take up to 72 hours. Players are encouraged to submit documents promptly after registration rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested, to avoid delays at that stage.

678bte reserves the right to request supplementary verification documents at any time, including for existing verified accounts where suspicious activity has been detected or where the Player's circumstances have changed materially. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions.

678bte currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time. The Platform will display the current list of accepted methods at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players are advised to check the current limits displayed in their Account settings. 678bte reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as promptly as possible. Typical processing times are 5–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers, and up to one business day for card-based withdrawals. 678bte does not guarantee processing within these timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or technical outages beyond our control.

For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, 678bte will process withdrawals to an alternative verified method registered to the same Player. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on 678bte are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, the conversion rate applied will be that provider's prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. 678bte is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by third-party providers.

All bonuses, free spins, free bingo cards, and other promotional offers issued by 678bte are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Account upon expiry.

678bte monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets specifically to fulfil wagering requirements, or using automated software to play through bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, 678bte reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings attributable to it, and to close the Player's Account without prior notice.

678bte reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion and begun fulfilling its wagering requirement will not be affected by modifications to that specific promotion after it has been claimed, unless the modification is required to comply with applicable regulations.

678bte reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed once the Platform has issued a confirmation message or transaction record. In the event of a technical error that causes a bet to be placed or settled incorrectly, 678bte reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Wallet.

In the event of a malfunction in any game or betting market — including software bugs, disconnections, or data feed errors — all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 678bte shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, jackpots, or other amounts that a Player believes they would have received but for the malfunction. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets on 678bte is strictly prohibited. Players who engage in arbitrage betting, matched betting using Platform funds, or other strategies designed systematically to exploit pricing errors may have their winnings voided and their accounts closed.

Any form of collusion between players, or any attempt to benefit from information related to match fixing, spot fixing, or other forms of sports corruption is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant sporting authorities. 678bte cooperates with integrity bodies in cricket, football, and other sports covered on the Platform.

678bte is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods at any time through their Account settings. 678bte encourages Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic to make use of these tools or to contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 678bte Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your Account.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonating another player, a 678bte employee, or any other person.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including collusion, chip dumping, or use of external assistance software.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or 678bte staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy any part of the Platform.

All content on the 678bte Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 678bte or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 678bte. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in termination of your Account and may give rise to legal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 678bte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

678bte's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 678bte makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.

678bte collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and our obligations to retain certain records.

678bte reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to registered Players. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not agree with the amended terms should cease using the Platform and may close their Account by contacting support.

The most recent version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

678bte operates as an offshore gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 678bte is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including Bangladesh. 678bte makes no representation that the Platform is legal, appropriate, or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact the 678bte support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for resolution. 678bte will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of 678bte's jurisdiction of incorporation.
